Boho Coral — Hotel in Karnataka

So herein i would like to draw ur attention towards the misbehaviour and misconduct of during my visit since 23 to 24 dec 2024

Mr. Chetan Mr. Caretaker

Mr. Chetan thinks that he is running a boarding school with lot of restrictions and his caretaker who is always chewing gutka and talking to his girlfriend on phone.

Cockroaches rule the apartment and the flies being the drone camera of Mr. Chetan, he is always wanting the lights to be out off even when in room.

He has no parking space available and the caretaker asks for money to clean the place.

Water bottle are not provided per day in advance and Mr. Chetan rudely denied to give the complementary bottles which he initially promised.

His caretaker who was there at the property was shady and was barely able to talk and was always eating paan masala.

In the end, i would sum up by saying, Mr. Chetan wants zero investment without maintenance money yielding property which is strictly not...

Amazing place. Chetan, the owner made pretty sure that the aesthetics of the property are on point. The views from the house are amazing. There was a little jumpscare in the night with some dogs barking at the door and the owner lifted our call midnight and attended to our concerns. Minute details like the props he kept, books and the fairy lights inside the house made the vacation a lot more memorable for us.

Minor gripes for me are : The beach which is 5 minutes away from here is not properly maintained. So that'll take away from the experience. Property is near main beach. But it'll take a lot of time to get out to the om or kudle beach or even to the main center for that point. Not sure if there was a geyser or the occasional hot water is from heat of the sun. But steady hot water would be great. Wifi connection was a bit shaky and...
