The cafe name has changed a thousand times and so has the attitude of the waiters and the managers . Right now the cafe's name is called "Sea Spirit" which I find ironic because they seem to be in good spirits only for the big families which will give them tips . When I had visited the restaurant in the off season they served us brilliantly , gave us good service and the food was also good. When we went recently , they ignored us for a long time , the waiters and staff were very rude and distracted and did not give us the cutlery itself on time . Our food came 40 mins late because they were busy serving big families . When we asked to cancel the order , they insisted that the order was coming , and it came very late . After we had finished our meal ( which was btw , very average and not at all great like last time. Horrible food ) , they were openly mocking us among themselves saying " oh look at them , the cancel cancel people lol " acting as if we weren't even there . Will NEVER be going back there and if you come to middle beach there are a lot more better options than this cafe because honestly, it's not worth your self respect if you are a young...
Read moreHonestly, everything that could go wrong happened in just one dinner. We all sat down, and to even place the order we had to call out several times before 2–3 staff members decided who would come over. When I started giving the order, the waiter almost yelled “ek minute,” which was a really odd and unprofessional tone.
Anyway, once the order was placed, half of it turned out wrong. When I pointed it out, the waiter simply said it wasn’t his fault, that the kitchen guy didn’t read properly. Pulao was replaced with curd rice, alu methi was served as alu matar, and the chapathi was more like a papad.
Finally, for our 2-year-old, we just wanted to take a spoon and a small bowl of curd to the room since it was almost frozen and needed time to settle. But even that took 15 minutes and I had to ask for permission before one staff member, Ravi, finally allowed it.
These small issues alone wouldn’t have bothered us much, but the food itself was absolutely not worth eating. It feels like they’re only targeting guests who just want to drink and don’t care about food. Honestly, the place needs a lot of improvement.

Read moreI recently dined at a beachside restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean and a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant itself had a lovely outdoor patio with umbrellas and comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying a meal by the water.
The service was excellent, with samesh and attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The menu featured a variety of options, from fresh seafood to classic beachside fare like fish . Everything we tried was delicious, with fresh, high-quality ingredients that really shined through.
I especially loved the seafood platter, which included a variety of shrimp, crab legs, and oysters, all perfectly cooked and seasoned. The drinks were also top-notch, with a great selection of cocktails and local beers to choose from.
Overall, my experience at this beachside restaurant was fantastic. The food, service, by samesh and atmosphere all exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal with a view. I can't wait to go back and enjoy another meal...
