Naveen Lakeside located in the heart of the city. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was impressed by the modern and luxurious ambiance. The lobby area was spacious and well-lit, with comfortable seating arrangements.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. They provided me with all the necessary information about the hotel and the surrounding area.

The room I stayed in was immaculate and spacious, with modern furnishings and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless, with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The room was also equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and a coffee maker.

The hotel's restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, and the food was exceptional. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, and cooked dishes. The restaurant's staff were attentive and friendly, making sure that all my needs were met.

The hotel's hygiene standards were top-notch. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of cleaning my room every day, and I could see that they paid close attention to detail. The public areas of the hotel were also well-maintained and clean.

The hotel's services were outstanding. The concierge was knowledgeable and helpful, providing me with recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. The hotel's fitness center was well-equipped, and I was able to maintain my workout routine during my stay.

Checked in room no 321 on 13.07.23.|On entering the room it smelled bad of humidity. The hotel staff opened the airconditioner in front of us. Never seen like this especially when the money had been paid in advance by the my travel agent.|Went to restaurant. The dinner and breakfast were included in the tariff. |The display of food was very sober and average. I took a bowel of Chinese soup. On asking for seasonings my wife was told by Mr Sandeep Das, the restaurant manager on duty ,that it will served on our table which was no. 11. Before leaving the counter I again asked about the seasonings. Mr Sandeep Das again reassured me about the same. |I finished my soup and other snacks but the seasonings were never served. |We were in total 3 couples and they were midway with their meals and not a single waiter came on our table. Nobody even served us water. Ultimately me and my wife had to go to Mr Das for favour of serving at least water on the table. |We realised that since we were already paid clients and were entitled for. Buffet meal hence the whole staff including waiters were negligent about our table. My family of four stayed for 11 nights and 12 days overlooking the full and beautiful Unkal lake and lawn and had an unforgettable stay. We came back with fond memories of the excellent multi-cuisine food coupled with warm, welcoming and exceptional service.

We would like to specially thank the amazing duo of Saraswati & Sushmita who manned the airy, spacious Lakeside restaurant with aplomb. Their ever smiling, welcoming and attentive service made the food taste even better.

Super room service provided by Akshay, Subhash & Tejas and the team that would call us every night to remind us to order before the kitchen closed!

Heena, Akash, Vishwanath & John in the front office who took care of all our needs and requests including the two newspapers that we requested.

Last but not the least the chefs who dished out consistent, high quality multi-cuisine meals 3 times a day and rarely disappointing and many times matched and even exceeded my mother’s high standards.
