Hotel O Nirvikalpa — Hotel in Karnataka

One of the worst hotel of OYO. Untrained staff,they don't know how to behave with customers. Staffs in restaurants will behave as if they are Kings & we are servants. We complained to the person who is in charge of the restaurant but he took no action. Their rooms are very small in size, in deluxe room the bathroom is literally size of matchbox. Nobody can take bath properly or use the latrine properly. When I asked them to upgrade my room they told every room in hotel is booked. But I saw many rooms were empty in my floor. One of the worst experience we had in this hotel. Firstly, the rooms were not cleaned. The stuffs like socks, tooth brushes and tongue cleaners from previous guests were left as it is. The rooms had really bad odour and the water tasted rusty and appeared very brown which was not eligible to be used for cleaning. The staff were rude when asked for any service. They don't give towels, soaps, tooth paste, until you ask. And Need to keep asking them multiple times. They won't cancel ur booking so think 100 times before booking this hotel. If we talk about the hotel, the situation is very pathetic. I am sharing here an experience I had when I reached there, when I reached the hotel and asked for the room rate, the front office staff told me that it would be 1600 rupees for a single room only for one night. But on the Oyo site, it is sold for just 950 rupees. I immediately got into OYO and booked. That too will get 23 hours. They had to give me a room at that price.
