All cakes are affordable price and i suggest if possible Pre order your cakes because it'll out of stock soon also i suggest guys to try RASMALAI one it was amazing and so tasty you must try once.

I had ordered a cake before also from Ribbons and Balloons, which was very nice. This time I bought a German Black Forest Cake which had a very poor taste, and also didn't feel like a freshly baked one. Only the appearance was good, when it came to taste, it was not up to the mark which we used to have before.

The pastries and beverages are good here

The lady staff here is very rude. She replied rudely to my friends friend for just asking if the chicken is halal here

It's from basic ettiqute to respond politely be it halal or not. If yes they would eat and if not they would just eat veg and leave. It's that simple !

They had to leave without eating due to her unwelcoming behaviour They even adviced her to be polite and to be good to customers for which she replied " i dont have to learn from people like you"

Request the management to train the staffs to be polite and welcoming as its major factor of hotel...

Very rude behaviour of the lady staff..never experienced such pathetic service from any other places..we were just having a look on icecream..and the lady over there suddenly rushed towards us and locked the freezer.. This happened everytime we visited there...please do concern about our reviews..its not that one or two have experienced this..i have seen so many people complaining about this..requesting u to do something...

It was worst experience. I had ordered my wedding cake. My whole hand became red after sharing the cake to my loved ones. I had to rush to wash my hands in the middle of the ceremony. So much of coloring. Pure waste of money...worst experience possible. Ribbons and Balloons, sorry to say this, I didn't like the taste. First worst experience...
