We came to Ramponni's for dinner.

Pros: The starters were good. Chicken urval and Dragon chicken was good. The juice was good. The naan with chicken kadai was average. The place has good ambience and they provided a hanger to keep our bags.

In the event of serving spoilt food by mistake, they removed the item from our bill. The Musambi juice was fresh and good.

Cons: The waiter kept changing. First there was one tall guy then a female then someone else. When we asked the waiter for specials, he said everything is good and available, so we ordered fish polichathu and chicken momos, naan, chicken kadai and biryani. All the starters look the same and have similar taste, except for the difference in the main ingredient.

The food took a lot of time to arrive. The momos were spoilt and when I told the manager the same, he denied. I tasted 3 different ones and all were spoilt. The sheer negligence of denying the food is spoilt and arguing with the customer who is paying for the food was bad. Finally after asking the manager to taste the momos for himself, he then took the plate and admitted his mistake. Additionally, we had asked our waiter to get one juice without ice and without sugar for my diabetic mother and he messed up our order and got the juice with sugar.

We came with hopes to have delicious food and left utterly disappointed. I wouldn't visit this restaurant again. Huge disappointment 😐. For the price paid here, I would rather go...
