Hotel Stay Shine — Hotel in Karnataka

I don't understand the good ratings. I stayed one night and I can't recommend this Hotel. It is in a middle of an industrial area. Someone wrote there is a nice view... what does he mean? Nice view to industrial buildings? When I arrived there was a lot of noise from the workers using machines in the industrial building next to the hotel. The room was dirty, dust and hair on the floor and stains on the linen and bed sheets. I had to ask to clean everything and then it was ok. Well, I could see the blanket when the linen has been changed... I took it off and only used that for the night. After coming from the airport with more than 40 hours of no sleep, this was really annoying. The tap is not fixed properly and the water spread everywhere. Then I heard the staff next room playing loud music or films or YouTube or whatever. The rooms are very badly soundproofed. During the night I heard a baby crying and a mother loudly singing to comfort it but it felt like they're both next to me, right in my bed. I paid 1000 INR (ca. 11,50 Euro). That's an impudence! I don't know how some one given good reviews but my opinion is Don't waste your money you can get a room offline also even with less price than online, they show 6kms from mysore palace but actually 9kms more over it's not in mysore it's a village beside mysore and room was very very durty spider web is there at a corner even provided kettle also very dusty when am using fan dust was flying and it fell in my eyes,my room had a window to the street and window is not getting locked even outer can open the window, not cleaned bathrooms and no room service, the receptionist will appear only once when you take room after will get disappear and can meet at checkout time only,they can speak only kannada,no parking space,when I book a room from agoda i selected extension of bed but they haven't provided I ask for refund of extension of bed they are very irresponsible ask agoda for refund we can't do anything now, receptionist is like robot just to give and to take keys he won't talk anything actually he don't know our language to speak except kannada and arrogant I attached images to...

This place is situated in a narrow gully dead end area. There's an empty parking space opposite the hotel that can park 4 to 5 cars. The hotel is just ordinary. Rooms are Plain with basic amenities. Bathroom was ok. Geyser was there. Two soaps and shampoo packs were provided. Cupboard was there with an old towel inside. Tv dint have any channels. No AC, no net on windows, no waterbottle. But relatively clean room. Bedsheets had a minor tear and few tiny insects crawling. No attached restaraunt or complimentary services.. ul have to search on main road for all that, nothing is close by here.. This room should cost approx 1k to 1.2k max, however they charged me 1.8k. We had been there for exam purpose and this hotel was close to exam centre. Knowing that, they hiked the prices for that one day even though agoda and goibibo showed 1.3k rates for the same day. They did not accept and demanded higher pay. As other hotels nearby were full, we had to stay there only.. not worth...
