Its not for family, we had a bad experience in this Royal Inn Restaurant. We hav soo many options only in d menu card but whn i ask for them, they told sorry it is not available. I have asked for 2 - 3 items from menu they told it is not available. We should have only those items they have kept ready. After ordering the food they ll keep it on the corner of the table. We only have to serve ourself. Even in the small hotel also they ll neatly serve to us but in this hotel u dont expect them to serve the food. We were in the family, one older parent (great grand mother), grand Mother & 2 Kids of 4 years each in our family. we asked them to reduce the cold by increasing the AC temperature. They Dint co-operate n told its AC Room we cant do that. There is no humanity atleast looking at there age. We had some leftovers food and asked them to pack it for ur we ll carry it to home. They just got d parcel containers to pack by overself. And heard a word also from one of the server "it is not my home to help them in packing food, if they are at my home i would have helped them. Why shoud we help them". It shows his attitude. It is a servers duty to serve the food and he is meant to do the same, that is why he is paying for that. Totally we had a bad experience in Royal Inn Restaurant with the family...
Moreover, Foods are over priced and taste is not up to the mark. Only Royal is in d name not in d quality, quantity, service...
I ll not suggest anyone to this Royal Inn...
Read more🤮🤮🤮🤮worst food I've ever tasted the food tasteless, we've ordered mutton biriyani and the thing we served looks like tomato rice, and it hase zero spice and no salt too, the mutton pieces are tender but they taste like they just served like boiled in water, and for a price of 340rs for one biriyani that won't even serve for a single person also. Butter chicken and naan was somewhat better. But incase if you order a biriyani you will be served with tomato rice with no spice and salt.....
Ambience was not bad, but what to do with that ambience when the food served that worse, the biriyani not even worth 150rs 🤢🤮🤮 Even the biriyani that we can get on street food centres are way better and serve...
Read moreThis place wasn't so great. Maybe I expected a little too much. We were 12 people and it coated around 6000... But I tell you, it's definitely not worth so much. Taste wise I really like the Chicken Lollipop they served. And the chicken biryani was also quite Royal. But other dishes were not up to the mark. Especially Roti was too hard. I'd advice you not to try Roti.
Service was great and they gave us a 10% discount on the bill since we were not satisfied with the taste of...
