Hotel Swarnaa Paradise — Hotel in Karnataka

The room looks attractive in Google search and it is but only 2nd floor rooms. I am giving 1 - star for third floor rooms. No one came to escort till the room. Receptionist handled the room key , we got in. No latches to the door. The washroom was below average with respect to price. The restaurant was below average, no smoking written but that was not the case. Bed and floor were below average and the floor was slippery. Bathrooms on the 3rd floor were worse compared to the second floor.

Note: We requested a room change but the other two rooms we saw on the third floor were worse than the current one. We booked the room blindly as we had stayed earlier with the hotel.

If they are offering 2nd floor then go with booking else take u turn and you'll find better accommodation than to stay third floor train noise, slippery floor, dirty washroom.

The lodge is located exactly beside the main gate of Hubli Railway Station, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The hotel is quite decent overall – rooms have good interiors and are fully air-conditioned, but do note that there are no non-AC options available.

Room rates start from ₹2000, which is a bit on the expensive side considering that breakfast is not included in the tariff. Also, anything you order to the room — even water — is charged extra.

Be cautious with checkout timings; any delay may lead to additional charges. If you're looking for a comfortable and clean stay close to the station and don't mind paying a little extra, this place is a good option.

Pros||Very nice lobby n rooms.. Bathrooms are good too||Cons||The room walls are thin u can hear everything from next room... Same with floors too.. I stayed at 306 my entire stay they was constant sounds of tables being moved upstairs.. Probably there was some restaurant there... Complained twice asked for change of room but they dint do||In my three days of stay no housekeeping was done||No direct connection to restaurant u need to call the reception who will send a waiter who will have no menu in hand... ||At 1300 per day its pricey for single...
