Oriole Resort Mysore By Emerge Hotels & Resorts — Hotel in Karnataka

I recently stayed at this Resort, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Here are the highlights:

Location: The resort’s location is fantastic! It’s conveniently situated near all the main tourist spots, making it easy to explore the area. Cleanliness: I was impressed by the cleanliness of the resort. The rooms were well-maintained, and the common areas were spotless. Spacious Rooms: The rooms were incredibly spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind. However, there were a couple of downsides:

No On-Site Restaurant: Unfortunately, the resort doesn’t have its own restaurant. But don’t worry—you can order from Swiggy or Zomato and have food delivered to your room.

Toiletries Issue: I did face a minor inconvenience with toiletries. I had to request them multiple times before they were provided.

Hot Water Challenge: The hot water situation was a bit tricky. I had to call reception several times to get them to switch on the main heater. It would be great if they could improve this.

I was so impressed with this place that I had to write a review. The location is amazing, the host and staff very extremely welcoming. The beautiful weather was an added bonus.

Pros: spacious rooms, extra spacious king size bathrooms Very clean- entire property has been maintained well My primary reason for choosing this was because it’s pet friendly, and pet enjoyed the open space, a huge lawn area attached to the property

A few areas of improvement- Air conditioning in our room was leaky, dripping sound all night kept us up. Needs new ACs shower fittings need to be changed too, really old and rusty. No dining options, Swiggy is allowed. An upside to this is that the hotel provides cutlery and plates upon request. Sit out area has minimum to no privacy, rooms to have no view since you can’t keep windows open. A transparent glass window facing the inside of the property would have been very nice

The staff member were really nice people. But this place location is totally out of everything there is no shopping place nearby . They have a resturant for that you need to walk through a muddy or if it is dry a very dusty private road full of all sort of animals , many dogs , monkey and a lot of cows . Which sometimes large amount of dogs makes me worried . Then they don’t open the back door for you to go via gardens . It’s like they don’t appreciate their guest in this place. The room I was in was so spacious but needs a repair in A/C and plumbing . I recommend this place to people who have cars then it is a better experience. I chose here because I wanted daily to go to Chamundi hill . But in my next trip I ll choose other places . I would like to thank all the staff member they did what ever they could .
