OYO 24127 Vishnu Regency — Hotel in Karnataka

We had went to Belur to visit the temple, it was very hot and unfortunately this regency has only 2 A/C rooms which were full, please plan before going, unless you might end up suffering in the hotel.||||There is actually a very nice govt run guest house which was full and we had to look for this place, the hotel is quite nice but pretty old.||They have not maintained the rooms so well, we could locate and kill 2 or 3 cockroaches in our room. It was also not so clean. ||||Rooms are not spacious either, they have very basic facilities, no 24/7 hot water service, hot water only available till 7 to 9 am.||||Not so tidy place, the parking is very confined and its very hard to park or remove the vehicle.||||But the only advantage is its very close to the temple and you can almost walk to the temple on a early morning.||||Food is also available in the ground floor, but we did not try and hence can't...

I stayed in Vishnu Regency with 2 of my groups. The hotel has only 2 rooms with A.C. These rooms are also a bit bigger, but at the streetside which is noisy in the morning. The hotel is not very clean, but OK. There is hot water in the morningtime. Did not work in all the rooms, according to my friends. There is no breakfast but a small indoor restaurant for Veg. lunch and dinner. That is why we took our breakfast in the nearby TTDC in Belur which is only a 5 minutes walk from Vishnu regency. In the TTDC they also served non-veg meals and cold beer for a reasonable price.||The rooms at the backside are less noisy but smaller and they were not smelling very good.Bathroom in my room was old( fashioned) but working.The price for the rooms was acceptable, according to the quality and service...
