One of the worst experiences had here we had been for honeymoon trip. First of all no privacy as lunch and dinner should be purchased if you don’t eat they keep calling on phone or keep knocking the door to come eat so that can add extra bill. While booking we enquired 11AM is checkout we have return bus in evening they said for 6hrs they will charge 1,000 rupees extra we accept later on last before night they came to room and informed it’s not 1,000 it’s 1,500 next day morning while having breakfast they again increased its not 1,500 it’s 2,000 anyways we had no option so accepted. By mistake there was some food spill on bed they charged 6000 rupees extra or asked us to take them and give money for bedspread while checkout. when me and my wife denied and was in hurry it was time to catch bus to return home, from all the corner staffs started recording video on mobile phone. We felt so embarrassed it was only me and my wife felt like we are trapped there. They threatened we know what to do if you don’t pay , finally we spoke to them so long waited and paid some extra amount for bedspread. only after that they left us out. I wouldn’t suggest anyone in this worst trap. I’m using same block to respond for your reply as I didn’t have reply to your comments: Hello first of all thanks for your respond. I have a transaction proof time online I paid 2000 on 11:18AM via. Phonepay and checked out, we did not stay for extra hours. This was asked by your staffs to pay for dirtying bed sheets you can check in your camera we left from your place with our Luggage before 12noon after arguing so long. Please don’t tell we said we did it intentionally we never told that. If your staffs told us outside food are not allowed why will they provide plates when we asked to take it to room and eat. This is what the problem is still arguing and blaming customers for no reason. We had come to spend good time for our honeymoon trip why will we mess our own trip. Thank you for...
Read moreIt was pleasant stay.staff is very polite ,food is served fresh which is why it takes little time to prepare food but it is worth to have that waiting time. Dining area is little untidy, there were web on lights so if you are super hygienic person, please think twice before chosing it ,but stay is super relaxing. Beach is neat and clean,50 m away from resort, super relaxing as it's gives you feel of private beach. Stay Rooms are with basics needs so do not expect much like fridge, kettle but it's clean nit fancy ones, location wise it is little far from other places like om beach (which I feel is crowded) ,so if you need complete peace it is good place to stay.
Places to go: Vibhuti falls :falls are good but it needs half day time to spend.it is difficult to cover yana and vibhuti both with kids as falls has different way..Another 30 km road Yana caves : It is defitely one time mist go place if you like trekking ..it is 1 km trek ,we did it with 8 year old ,they got tired but completed trek, caves are worth to go. We recently stayed at Prarthana Beach Stay during our bike trip across South India, and it turned out to be one of the most peaceful and memorable stops of our journey. After a long and exhausting ride from Pune to Kumta, arriving at this serene beachside resort felt like stepping into a dream. Though we reached late in the evening and couldn’t see much at first, waking up the next morning to the stunning view of the sea right outside our cottage door was a truly magical moment. The property itself is beautifully maintained — spacious, clean, and surrounded by tall palm and coconut trees that offer welcome shade in the coastal heat. The atmosphere is calm and laid-back, perfect for relaxation after a day of riding. A special mention to Shyamal, the property manager, who made sure everything was taken care of and that our stay was smooth and worry-free. Our bikes were safely parked in a designated area, with no hassle from other visitors. The on-site restaurant also deserves praise. The chef and staff were courteous and always greeted us with a smile. The food was fresh, delicious, and truly satisfying after a long day on the road. Loved the poolside beds on the beach – a great place to relax with a drink and enjoy the view. The only downside was the rough road leading to the resort, but the experience easily made up for it. Highly...
