Radiance Gardenia — Hotel in Karnataka

Late review(experience in Sept22: Wish there was a “-5 star” I had a really pathetic experience booking Radiance Gardenia, I was one of the first to book this project during EOI period when they didn’t even launch the project or get rera number, They told I will be invited for the launch and remaining discussions and next steps could be discussed during that time. I paid 1 lak advance(in Sept22) and was waiting for their call for launch day. Most disappointing thing was they launched their project 1 months after I did my booking(in Nov/Dec22) and didn’t even bother to invite me. When I called asking why wasn’t I invited and what happened to my booking they said they forgot to invite and my booking is not confirmed and it’s just EOI, price which was conveyed to me suddenly went up by 50 laks in 1 month and they mentioned because you booked during pre launch we can offer 25 laks discount, which was again 25 laks more than the price which was conveyed to me(written msg on WhatsApp). Srinivas was POC and I even had word with Joe their sales head. My lawyer friends suggested to go to consumer court, I will be taking a decision on this soon. No respect to commitment, no respect to the time I spent in September/October 22 finalising this over any other project. Worst customer service and they immediately made me cancel my booking as they had found another bakra to give the unit I had booked at a much more premium cost. Will never ever want to engage with this...

Beware of this builder and do check out their recent projects in Bangalore and Coimbatore before confirming, they are not upto standard. The materials used are substandard quality. In case where someone is interested, ensure you get to know every single detail before booking/confirming a house with this builder as there may be lot of issues during or after handover which they will not bother about and creating a problem inside the community. They call themselves customer centric though they are not even close to it. Ensure to get proofs for everything they commit and save it for future reference. Beware of the CRM's as they are your SPOC's and do false commitments as well just for making money. There is a whole community that is suffering right now because of their negligence and not taking ownership. The actual output of the villaments is nowhere near the show unit. There's absolutely nil cross ventilation due to congested setbacks and out of 3 bed rooms atleast 2 bed rooms would be dark, they don't receive proper lighting and ventilation. I felt like gonna live in a standalone flats as the floor plan spread is too small. You wouldn't get a feel a villament / penthouse at all. Paid Inr 2.2 Crs. At this price I could have bought a lavish 3bhk flat in Sobha / Prestige 1.5 Yrs back. Regret my decision to have booked this villament from Radiance. I feel the actual scale master plan vs on ground completed villaments doesn't give a plush feel. Because it's so congested you may even hear your neighbours talk from their living / bedrooms. You get more liveable area, but what's use if there's no proper lighting...
