The Olive Cafe — Restaurant in Karnataka

The Olive grocery store has a pathetic service in terms to delivering drinking water. The sequence of events are below:

Called them thrice on 08/07/2019 between 10:02 - 10:08 there was no response. Upon calling again at 11:08 am, Gautham answers the call and says that he is the only one at the store and there is nobody to deliver and will deliver water on 09/07/2019. Upon probing further, he also states that Monday and Thursday are the days that the delivery associate has his weekly offs. Understanding their situation, I agreed to have the water sent the next day first thing in the morning.

Today, Since there was no water delivered, Called him at 10:50 am, no answer. Called him again at 10:53 am, he answered and said that he will be delivering water. Since there was no sign of water, Called him starting 12:41 pm and there was no response. Tried calling him constantly more than 6-8 instances, there is no response. Now, it is 1:09 am, there is no sign of water yet.

They have no phone etiquettes, no respect to responsibility and urgency. It is drinking water.

When called with another number, he answers the call and says that .. he met with an accident and is at the hospital.

Small and nice dining space. They have kept a cage with pretty birds Menu is not vast but you would get plenty of options, both veg & non veg. Price is extremely less. And Quantity was more than sufficient . Really impressed by this Taste was not extraordinary but definitely better than most of the restaurants. Would definitely recommend kerala parota and Mushroom chilly I ordered Chicken Fried Rice. It was good but what really bugged me is that of the size of egg and chicken they put in the dish. Personally I didn't like it Didn't like the fact that they are using Fiber Plates. That's the only thing I would recommend them changing since it's not healthy Last but not the least, servicing was good.

Would definitely recommend this place to someone who wants a nice, quiet and a decent...

Truly a cafe that satisfies with its sumptuous varieties of menu that meets the gastronomic needs of every single taste buds! A food lovers cosy nest that caters with its authentic taste, quality n quantity with an absolute detail to a pocket friendly budget n value for money. Their choice of menu, especially the biryani combo definitely needs an appreciation with a well deserved applause! The Staff are very courteous, friendly n yet quite professional. The ambience is simple yet appealing to every age group. Quite hygienically maintained which is even more the need of the hour. On the whole, an eatery worth frequenting for every food lover!! Keep it up Olive n way to go!! No doubt, the place gets regular eaters as well as is busy with their home deliveries...
