RNS ONE — Hotel in Karnataka

Standards have not improved , Earlier it was Vijay Comforts and the same decor of the room is maintained and even the bathrooms as well without any renovation. At the time of Vijay Comforts , Price was sustainable as per the standards but now they are going at a rocket price for the rooms with no proper amenities , It’s like they are charging like a 4 star of 5 star hotel in Bangalore with just a restaurant.

Any dish you eat in their restaurant , it’s at soaring prices , I have been visting them for 4 to 5 years and prices of their dishes are rocket high.

Also the attitude of the captain , stewards in the restaurant is to just push or force the customer to order more dishes let it be a beverage , desert or Ala Carte and by chance if anybody wants to cancel the dish , if the quality and taste is not maintained properly , The Cashier , Captains will force you to eat or pay and say that the bill is raised in the system and it cannot be cancelled.

It is like their attitude is just to con you and have a target of revenue generation in their restaurant which they want to cover either by hook or by crook and crookedness becomes more predominant.

Also never order in room service as their quantity will deteriorate drastically and they will send stale and burnt items.

I think the training provided to the staff from management is highly self obsessed , just to pile the room and restaurant bills.

Let’s be optimistic that some thing better comes up shortly as their competition and the management seriously Needs to be given a befitting reply from the people who are visiting their place.

Located in Sullya, RNS ONE is hardly 1.8 kilometres distance by car from Kukke Subramanya Temple. The basic rooms, deluxe rooms as well as their suite rooms are clean, and well maintained. Resort has a restaurant that operates from 7:30am to 9pm wherein you will find authentic Vegetarian Indian cuisine served with great taste in a peaceful ambience. The Resort is walkable distance from Kumaradhara River Point, where all devotees planning to visit Kukke Subramanya Temple should take a dip from the Kumaradhara River before visiting the Temple. You will be guided to the river entrance with ease by the hotel reception staff, great place to spend time with children!

The Resort front desk staff are truly helpful to their guests, especially Mrs Smitha who assisted us as well as our fellow guests in every way possible to ensure our stay at RNS ONE stayed best. However, there are a few places they could try improving such as, providing an in-house ATM counter for guests at the resort, because there are no ATM machines available anywhere nearby unless you travel nearer to Kukke Subramanya Temple. The Basic Room where we stayed could be improved with their itinary provisions such as provision of electric kettle, tea, coffee and sugar sachets, and bath basic provisions, which appeared oddly absent for a distinguished Resort as RNS ONE, specially for the tariff we need to pay for the basic room.

We stayed in their AC Family suite for 1 night. We were visiting the Subramanya temple the next day and checked in on a weekend. Check in was smooth, and hotel staff helped bring our luggage to our room, #315.||The rooms are quite nice, with 1 full washroom attached to the master bedroom, and a common powder room. There are individual AC controls for both areas, but the cooling effect was not there halfway through the night, while it sounded like they were still functional.||The beds are comfortable and spacious. There are 2 extra pillows in the wardrobe as well as a safe. There aren't any ironing facilities within the suite. Free wifi was available but didnt reach the bedroom properly.||Nariyal Restaurant onsite has good food and very nice staff, but ₹80 for a coffee cup is outright peice gouging, given you well get better coffee at Neo Mysore for ₹20. If you are really desperate, then eat here, else go outside to another restaurant.||Ok, washrooms. While they were clean and fully stocked, nature somehow decided to fight back.
