We, a group of hungry souls, decided to dine in at The Nariyal Cafe and call it a day. Turns out, the food was so underwhelming that we wanted to call it a bad day instead.

We ordered butter roti, kulcha, veg peas, and some mix veg or as I like to call it, a masterclass in how not to cook food. The pricing? Well, let’s just say the bill gave us a bigger heartburn than the food ever could.

The menu was pricey, so naturally, we expected good-quality food. Silly us! Turns out, we were just paying for a master illusion, because the quality was nowhere to be found.

The only thing that stood out in taste? The complimentary onions and lemons. Yes, when the free side dish outshines the main course, you know something's terribly wrong.

As for the dining experience, I must appreciate the consistency : the lack of salt and pepper on tables, dirty seating, and no finger bowls all worked together to create an authentic roadside dhaba experience with AC…except with premium pricing.

Final verdict? If you're feeling adventurous and want to see how far your patience can stretch, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor walk past it, take a deep breath, and be thankful you saved your money.

Staffs were polite and warm, but kitchen is where everything goes...

I had high hopes for The Nariyal Cafe, especially considering its reputation. Unfortunately, my recent visit was a major letdown. Let's start with the food. The quality was simply unacceptable - The tava masala and green peas masala ! How can one go wrong with such a basic curry ! The taste was bland ! Quantity was miserable ! The flavors were far from authentic, and the presentation was lackluster. To add insult to injury, the prices were exorbitant for what was offered. The portion sizes were also disappointingly small. It felt like I was paying a premium for a subpar meal. The ambiance of the cafe is indeed pleasant, but that hardly makes up for the poor food and unreasonable prices. I left feeling disappointed and like I had wasted my money. I would not recommend The Nariyal Cafe to anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience. There are far better options available in the area that offer better...

We had the worst experience at Nariyal cafe mainly due to the highly inefficient service we received. We ordered a mango icecream and was given completely melted ice cream in a bowl. When we asked for that to be replaced, we were given butterscotch ice cream instead. Serving an ice cream should not be this difficult in a 'star' hotel. A simple pineapple juice took more than 30mins to arrive. Moreover, at the end we were billed for the mango icecream which we never received despite of the adjustments they claimed to have made. We visited this restaurant only because we had a positive experience on a prior visit, but we ll definitely not be coming back again. Stay away if you are looking for a star restaurant experience that justify the...

I recently visited Nariyal Café and had an excellent experience. The café’s cozy ambiance immediately drew me in, but what truly stood out were the **amazing buns**—fresh, soft, and full of flavor. Whether you’re in for a quick snack or a leisurely bite, their buns are a must-try! The **service was equally impressive**. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured that the food was served promptly. It’s clear they care about customer satisfaction, which really enhances the overall dining experience. If you’re looking for a place with delicious food and great service, Nariyal Café is definitely worth a visit!
