When a customer leaves a table what needs to be taken care of.

1.1 the cutlery as plates is changed. Which was not done. 1.2 Mats needs to be cleaned / replaced. 1.3 towel needs to replaced.

When you are giving a digital menu using a qr code which opens and forces you to watch / skip ads is a pain and a bad experience. kindly change the qr code and give a faster link of the menu instead of the google drive url.

To open the menu it forces me to choose a google account with which you are asking me to declare my email without my consent.

The food quality is just okayish nothing so special about it.

The place is still under progress and not fully finished yet.

They don't accept American Express cards, they mention them as international cards. what a joke!!

With the above mentioned issues I don't think this is a 4 star hotel at all. It's just a normal hotel with an ac and a good ambience...

Me and my family found this place like an Oasis. It was late night around 3am when we reached Kukke. And we could not find any vegetarian food joint from sakleshpur. The cops at Kukke told us to try Aurum hotel for some food. When we came to the hotel we were so happy to hear the security guard saying the restaurant is open 24 hours. We were mentally ready to grab anything available, but was surprised to get panner butter masala , chapati, veg ball Manchurian and fried rice. We told the staff that we had booked the hotel rooms in some other hotel but would definitely come back to Aurum hotel henceforth for staying. Guys this place is a blessing in disguise.
