I had booked a room in this property for 7 days which I had done online, I checked in in the afternoon and at 7pm the power went off and when asked the manager he said the generator has broken down, I waited for around 1 hour and called customer support, they told me to wait for 30 minutes and if the power doesn't come I will get my refund, after 30 minutes I called again and again I was told to wait for 30 more minutes and still the power didn't come and this guy tells me I will get 5 days refund only even though I stayed at that property for only 1 day, at night it was raining and the support people tell me to stay there till the power comes and it was already 10pm, please don't stay in this property as the service is also very bad the manager also just doesn't respond, 3 other part who were staying there left the property because of this issue and the OYO customer support is pathetic, at 10pm where there is no power, they are telling me to stay till the power comes, actually I had a medical test the next day early morning which I had to pass at any cost and the support people are not ready to listen and just replying like robots, WORST EXPERIENCE WITH OYO, Still I didn't get my refund not they are telling me that they'll refund my amount, please be careful while you...

After we arrived at the hotel reception, the receptionist did not welcome us even after we tried to get his attention. He deliberately ignored us and pretended to be in an important call. It was scorching hot and inspite of that we patiently waited for him. Since he didnt turn up, we asked him to attend to our check in immediately. But he deliberately ignored and spoke very rudely to us with harsh demeaner. We quickly understood that its because we booked the room for cheap prices in OYO

TV, Wifi, Geyser were not working in the room and also tap water force and quantity was low - not fit for bathing

The receptionist is very rude no respect given to customer he kept his leg on the table busy on his phone not even listening to us during check in ..AC ,TV ,Wifi not working at all when we informed him he gave us a fan but we told him we payed for Ac not fan then he asked us to leave the room if we have a problem but then it was night 10pm we had no option but to sty ... This is really hurting how they treat the customer so bad n say the customer to leave late night even after knowing the customer is helpless n can't go somewhere else...
