Blossom Valley Cottage — Hotel in Kerala

Over all Good place. It would be excellent of they provide toiletries and breakfast.Kindly bring towel, body wash, paste , brush, slippers etc. If choosing groud floor don't expect balcony view , common balcony only . That is outside the room. Not accessible via allocated room. Cupboards are not available. But have enough space to accomodate the luggage in room. TV and wifi facility is available.Good hospitality. Jeep ride was also good.We choose morning ride , they will take you for sunrise , dam , hanging bridge (very small) and a water fall (Ripple water fall). Rooms are clean. Hot water facility is good. Very very worst behaviour from the property owner. It's a bad days of stay in Blossom valley cottage. Property owner committed to give a big size Standard room for our family before getting advance 10days before itself. But after reaching they carelessly provided a small size room and ignored our requests. There is no resturant in this hotel and there is no good eatery near by. Only one small tiffen centre near by. And You have to go 5kms for your food all the time. Very small congested rooms here, not as shown as in pictures. Room also very far away from main munnar town - you cannot feel the munnar chillness in this location. It's totally a waste of money....

Worst experience ever. Booked a deluxe room and paid advance also. But when we go there they said it's sold out in online and give us a room themselves declaring a standard room.but a public comfort station is better than this .no table , no chair , no cupboard, no hangers .not at all properly cleaned . When we enter the room, dustbin is full of waste.even there is no mirror in the room or in toilet. In my whole stay I didn't get even a single bottle of drinking water.there is no full time receptionist .sheets and pillow covers are not changing everyday.. Not recommended for families.
