Brindavan Residency — Hotel in Kerala

Rooms and bathrooms were clean. However the the bed size is small when compared to the usual ones. Triple occupants room can hardly fit in two people. Our's was a bulk booking and we had the worst experience here as they do not keep their word. We did our booking over telephone and payed them enough in well advance. The promises that they made over telephone conversation was never meant. We had to literally fight with them. As I carried the phone call recordings they weren't able to deny our claims. So if you are choosing Brindavan Residency for your stay plan well in advance and carry some proof about the promised price and other facilities(especially for bulk booking). Or else they would keep on changing their words and will loot you as much as possible.

I stayed there before few months, January, 2020. Before booking a room in this property, please go through my words. The size of the bed is small. If we book a room for 2 persons, the 2 persons could hardly fit to the bed. The room is clean but the fan was full of dust. The soap holder in the washroom was not clean. The mug and bucket was slippery, that means they are not cleaned well. The receptionist/manager was a good guy. A bearded guy. He was so co-operative that even after midnight he bring me a bottle of water and even ordered food from a nearby restaurant

The owner of property was there when I was checking out. He is a kind of weird person. He acts to be a good person.

When I was checking in, a guy named Dileep was there and during check out it was Bijo. These two guys are too good. There is a bengali guy for room cleaning and unfortunately there is no a separate room boy.

I booked this place for a one night stay from Oct 6 on Agoda. The booking stated that breakfast was included in the rate. I called up the FO to confirmed. Initially they said that breakfast is just stated as 'available' and not included. Then they agreed it can be provided.

During check in when I showed the confirmation print out, I was informed that my payment had been shown as Due. I logged in to my account to show it was paid.

The room and the bathroom was clean.

The next day during breakfast they said that it is not included in the booking. So if you are booking online it might be a good idea to confirm before hand. The attitude from the reception need to be a bit more friendly and welcoming. You almost feel like they are providing you free service.
