FabHotel Elite Inn — Hotel in Kerala

Not at all recommended. 👎 Nothing was good. Behaviour of Owner/ Manager was arrogant, totally non cooperative. Provided not even the basic facilities mentioned. He even misbehaved with the group members. No toilet kits, towels were provided. Even rooms were too dirty with spider webs all around. Bed sheets had a lot of stains. Bathrooms were not clean, had dust and hairs all around. Hot water was limited, was not available in the mornings. Even water bottles were charged extra. They don't even let you use AC even after charging 2500 per room. Total disgrace in hospitality sector, don't even had the basic sense of dealing with customers. Booked via FabIndia, they must reconsider this hotel, as similar reviews are there since long time but no improvement can be seen...

First of all, the hotel doesn’t have anything which can be compared to fab hotels in common. The bed sheets had lipstick stains and oil stains. The bathroom walls were so bad that we can’t sit on commode and face it and was smelly. Even the floor mat was just a towel which was so so dirty that you will never want to keep your foot there. On the whole it’s a pathetic property. I paid the advance 432 and I checked in by 8am and I decided to check out at 11am since I felt I can’t stay there for the night. In fact I wasn’t convinced that my belongings will be safe or not. But still I was charged the whole tariff for the night stay. Don’t ever try to book...

Worst feedback. Major issues faced.

Insisted for queen bed while booking itself, but they provided twin beds clubbed together and arguing as queen bed. Hotel denied providing hot water. Parking facilities not available. Rooms and washrooms were untidy. Fab Executives were very rude while dealing with the customer on the above issues. Support person is not much informative. Had more than one hour conversation with the support person having my family awaiting in the road.
