I'm extremely disappointed to write this review about my recent visit to Le Arabia's Kazhakootam branch. Despite being one of the most crowded restaurants in the area, the food and overall experience fell far short of my expectations.

I must admit, I was drawn to this restaurant after watching a reel on social media, which showcased their supposedly mouth-watering dishes. However, after my second visit to this restaurant, I can confidently say that the reel was likely a paid promotion, designed to lure in unsuspecting customers like myself.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a crowded dining area, which initially gave me high hopes for the food. However, as I waited for my order to arrive, I began to notice some red flags. The food took an inordinate amount of time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold. Yes, you read that right - cold!

I had ordered the beef ribs, which I was really looking forward to. Unfortunately, the dish was a major letdown. The ribs were not cooked properly, and the meat was tough and chewy. It was clear that the kitchen had rushed to prepare the dish, without paying attention to the quality.

To make matters worse, when I visited the washroom, I was shocked to find that there was no water available. This is a basic amenity that any restaurant should provide, and it's unacceptable that Le Arabia failed to deliver on this front.

In terms of pricing, I would say that it was okay, but certainly not worth the subpar food and service. The prices were not exorbitant, but considering the quality of the food, I would say that it was overpriced.

Overall, I would not recommend Le Arabia's Kazhakootam branch to anyone. The food was cold, the service was slow, and the overall experience was disappointing. Unless they seriously revamp their kitchen and service, I would advise potential customers to steer clear of this restaurant....

My recent dining experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. While the food was decent, there were several issues that overshadowed the positives. Firstly, I found it rather inconvenient that both the starters and main course were delivered at the same time, which took away from the overall dining experience. It would have been preferable to have them served separately.

The noise level in the restaurant was excessive, with staff members shouting from one end to another. This created a chaotic and unpleasant atmosphere, making it difficult to enjoy the meal or hold a conversation. Additionally, I encountered a problem when trying to wash my hands as there was no water available. I had to wait for approximately two minutes before I could finally wash my hands, which was quite inconvenient.Communication with the staff members who primarily spoke Hindi was challenging. They did not understand my requests and queries properly, resulting in miscommunication and frustration. Another inconvenience was the lack of card payment options. It would have been more convenient if they provided a card swipe facility for customers.

The most disappointing aspect of my experience was the pricing of the biryani. It was significantly overpriced for the quality and quantity provided. The dish did not meet my expectations, and I felt that it did not justify the high price tag.Overall, my experience at this restaurant was unsatisfactory. The issues with the timing of food delivery, noise level, lack of water for handwashing, communication barriers with the staff, absence of card payment options, and the overpricing of the biryani left me with a negative impression.
