However, from the moment I arrived, it was clear that this location is in desperate need of attention. The stairs at the entrance were broken, likely due to age, which made getting inside a challenge.

Once seated, I noticed the overall poor condition of the place. The walls were riddled with old holes, exposing wires, which is not only unsightly but also potentially dangerous. The wall tiles were broken, and the floors were filthy, making the entire dining area feel unhygienic. It was shocking to see a restaurant, especially one belonging to a well-known group like Aryas, in such a state of disrepair.

The most appalling part of the visit was the handwashing area. Instead of a proper washbasin, there was just one bucket and cup provided for washing hands. None of the washbasins were functional, which is unacceptable for any dining establishment. The floor in this area was just as filthy as the rest of the restaurant, further emphasizing the lack of cleanliness and basic hygiene.

It's a shame that Aryas would allow a branch to operate under such poor conditions. The state of this location in Kazhakootam reflects a severe lack of care and standards.
