Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Money

I had a very disappointing stay here and would not recommend this place to anyone. Firstly, there was no running water in the room for a long time, which made it extremely inconvenient, especially after a tiring journey.

We were told that breakfast would be available early, but the restaurant didn't open until after 10 AM. This completely disrupted our plans for the day. The delay was frustrating, and there was no proper communication or apology from the staff.

Speaking of the staff, they were very unresponsive and unhelpful. Any issue we raised was either ignored or brushed off without a proper solution. It felt like they had little to no training in customer service.

For the price we paid—₹2,200 per night—it was definitely not worth it. The basic facilities were missing, and the overall experience was below standard. There are much better options out there for the same price or even less.

Stayed as a stopover after visiting Bhagavathy temple on the way to Sabarimalai.The hotel is well located near to the temple.The room was pretty big specious.There was a big 6 seater dinning table and a fairly big double cot on which 3 of us managed without getting an extra bed.We needed veg food.The guys were willing to supply in the room. We couldnt trust if it would be properly veg so we decided to go out to a nearby thattu kada for a cheap and satisfactory dinner.The saving grace was that the toilets were new and neat and clean.Early morning we left for...

Never book rooms here . It's not worth

For 2k a night

Room service is pathetic took 1 hr to deliver. And landline not working Then you call their mob number some deaf...rude person pick up and u need to repeat 10 times for food order. He is literally deaf lol.

And rooms they don't even care to spray atleast airfreshner. It smell so bad .

Palace en paradise or park residency is best 3 star option for kodungallur.
