Nallathanka Nest Homestay — Hotel in Kerala

Me and my daughter stayed at this family home stay, very clean and welcoming.|Unni, the host was super nice and helped us with any question or service needed (find a boat tour best suited to our needs, money exchange, laundry and what not).|The room was very clean, air conditioning, towels, soap and toilet paper was provided as needed.|No hot water in the shower, however with the high temperature outside, it wasn’t a big deal at all (and I love hot water showers). Outside there’s a porch, chairs and tables and a nice garden backyard.|It’s location is not central, however not too far either from the center (if there’s such thing in this town). It was a very good stay in nallathanka homestay. We 4 planned for short kumarakom visit and due to some issue we're unable to book through app. Just before one day we contacted this homestay and they arranged rooms for us even in short notice. The best part is food is awesome (North Indian food) there and you will feel like home. Owner was very friendly. We checked in very early morning still owner co-ordinated very nicely. Very clean and comfortable homestay. Stayed here with my family for 2 nights. The rooms are great, and the food is amazing. A/C rooms were such a relief from the hot days. You get a real sense of what small town living is like in Kerala. It is located very close to the canal where the ferry to Allepey docks which was really convenient.
