NATIONAL PARK RESIDENCY — Hotel in Kerala

We recently stayed at this hotel for a relative's marriage and overall had a positive experience. The rooms were impeccably neat and clean, offering a spacious and comfortable environment. All necessary facilities were provided, including a TV, Wi-Fi, iron box, and ironing board. The presence of an AC in the room itself made it easy to regulate the room temperature.

The cleanliness extended to the washrooms, which were not only spotless but also spacious, featuring a glass separation for bathing. The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring quick responses to our requests.

Despite being located on the main roadside, the hotel maintained a peaceful atmosphere, thanks to the considerable distance between the building and the main road. The ample parking area was a convenient addition.

During our stay, we booked three rooms, and it was advantageous that two of these rooms had a doorway with doors, allowing easy access between them.

The only downside was the absence of a card lock mechanism in the rooms we stayed in; instead, there was only a traditional lock mechanism.

In conclusion, the hotel offers a pleasant stay with its cleanliness, amenities, and attentive service. The absence of a card lock system may be a consideration for those prioritizing modern...

I had disappointing experience at the hotel. The service provided fell well below my expectations, and it affected my overall stay.

Firstly, it's disappointing to mention that one of the rooms i booked was unusable due to strong cigarette smell. It's concerning that the reception staff's solution was to simply offer room freshener rather than take steps to address the underlying issue. This kind of service is unacceptable and falls far below what I would expect from a 3-star hotel.

Furthermore, it's troubling that the second room provided was not suitable for my needs as a family. Providing a room meant for differently abled people may not have been the best solution for my particular situation. It's important that hotels understand the needs of their guests and provide accommodations that meet those needs.

Despite the hotel's shortcomings in terms of service, the location of the hotel is convenient if you plan to visit Ettumanoor temple. However, this alone is not enough to make up for the poor service i received.

Check out the height of the wash basin. I had to kneel down just to brush my teeth.

This is to express my disappointment with the service I received during my stay at your hotel on 24-04-2024. While the facilities and amenities were satisfactory, the behavior and attitude of your receptionist (A boy who was there in Night duty) left much to be desired.

Upon inquiring about the availability of the restaurant and bar, I was informed that they were closed due to the ongoing election. While I understand that circumstances beyond your control may lead to such closures, I was taken aback by the receptionist's response. Instead of offering alternative dining options or showing empathy towards my situation, he rudely remarked that all customers were taking food from outside and why I expected special treatment.

Such behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry and reflects poorly on your establishment. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when facing unexpected inconveniences.
