Accessibility is the most important plus point as far as this hotel is concerned. It is right on the National Highway. Hope it will be still standing even after the widening of the highway!! Car parking in front of the hotel is minimum, but behind the hotel there is an area designated for the parking, which seems to have been recently acquired. It is not paved and I could see some coconut trees there. Hope you won't have coconuts falling in the car !! Check-in was hazzle-free. And to find out my room I had to wander around, since rooms are not signposted. And no room boy came with me! I still can't understand why some hotels ignore these simple things. Room was good, though not very spacious. Bathrooms are fairly clean. Though there is a designated shower area, there is no curtain separating it. Toiletries are minimal and is confined to just soap, shampoo and a moisturizer. So you bring the rest. Linens are clean. There is no facility for coffee or tea. The only thing you are provided with is a bottle of water. Phone numbers are not written down in the room, so for everything you have to go through the reception, the number they tell you when you check-in. As far as I know there is no complimentary breakfast. You have to pay. Check with the hotel while booking. Also, I didn't visit the restaurant, so no comments about the food. Wifi is fast and there are plenty of power sockets for all your gadgets ! Finally this hotel is around 12km from the town, so if you have to go to town better select a hotel in the town. Traffic can be a problem. Overall it is a good budget...

The staff is non responsive, won't serve you even water bottle (daily 1 bottle) without you asking and then charge you for water bottles at time of checkout and argue you with you for 24 rupees after charging 18k plus for 2 rooms.

The hotel has parking in a mud ditch away from the hotel and even at night you have to park it in the ditch and walk to the hotel. The food is horrible (RMA is their in house partner ), better walk towards calicut Whitehouse for food if you booked this horrible hotel by mistake.
