I had the pleasure of staying at Raviz Kadavu for nearly two weeks and dined regularly at Keraleeyam, primarily for breakfast and also during their Sunday brunch. Every dish served was freshly prepared and packed with authentic flavor. The menu offers ample variety, ensuring each meal feels unique and far from monotonous.

The service was consistently impressive. Special mention to Ms. Aleena and Mr. Lijo Joseph, whose warm hospitality and attentiveness stood out throughout my stay. No matter how busy the restaurant got, they were always welcoming with bright, cheerful smiles, making every dining experience even more enjoyable. The entire service team deserves appreciation for maintaining such high standards.

Cleanliness and quality were never compromised—no flies, no stale food—just a wide array of thoughtfully curated dishes. I was encouraged to explore and try traditional Kerala delicacies, thanks to Aleena and Lijo’s helpful recommendations. Some of the best meals I’ve ever had were right here.

Highlights for me included the delicious idiyappams, fluffy idlis, crisp dosas, fresh bakery items, and their flavorful chutneys and hummus. The Kadala curry with Pongal was simply divine—an absolute testament to the chef’s mastery of South Indian cuisine.

A special shoutout to their juices—the grape juice became a personal favorite, and the ABC juice was equally refreshing.

In short, Keraleeyam is a culinary gem that brings out the soul of Kerala’s food culture, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting...

Date - 26th December 2021 Me and my family went for Buffet lunch at Keraleeyam restaurant Raviz Kadavu. This was our first visit to Raviz and I never expected such a disastrous experience from a 5 star resort restaurant!! Its understaffed, the food was not at all upto the mark, and to my surprise there is no refilling of food if it is about to get over..thats there policy i guess, if it is over then done, you will not get it again!!! We had to ask for the water otherwise no water, Okay..we ordered Chappathi, the staff took the order but never came back with it!! We searched for Welcome drinks..its over they said!! We wanted some Fish Curry but we got fish skeleton and no fish!! We searched for Dessert and the only dessert left was a plum cake and one extremely sweet pastry!! We went to salad counter and i felt sad for that remaining stale looking veggies :( !! I took some pineapple cuts from fruits platter, i dont know who plucked it before it got ripe and pls note this is before 2:30PM, the buffet is till 1500hrs.

And another big surprise after all this..the bill- more than ₹8K. We don’t have the courage to visit Raviz again..if a guest experience this they will not come back same as above refilling policy.

Anyway we spent more that 8K(More than the room rates there) and wanted to see the backwaters and the property but security stopped us from seeing it, only for the residents he said…wow!! I know hospitality industry and how it works but this was too much! I hope some officials finds...
