Indra Residency — Hotel in Kodaikanal

Stay was pleasant, happy and very much satisfactory, all the reviews are 100% true - you wld feel it as another home. Such a great hospitality, care n support shown by the manager Mani sir. Even the room boy, master chef n cleaning lady - all of them show same behaviour... we would like to stay there if we visit kodai again! And yes worth to mention that food was awesome there - superb taste n homely food! Rooms were super clean n big enough which u won't find at many places... N good thing is you get hot water 24*7, which is rare at kodai…! I wish to have managers like Mani at all hotels.. he was so friendly supportive etc etc from the day I called him for booking till we came back. He answers to each of your query at anytime, sometimes I only felt like if calling him maybe annoying, but he never did so.. heartfelt thanks Mani, plz be same to all n at all times. Only thing is for couple or a single family we can't get rooms with view, which is ok.. coz one wld usually spend whole time outside in sightseeing! I recommend this friendly, clean, supportive home stay for all.. you wld...

Indra Residency is like my another home. I keep coming back and staying here. Its budget friendly, spacious rooms, parking lot available, clean rooms, 24/7 hotwater which is must have when you come with kids, very good food and its improved a lot these days. You can talk to the Manager Mani or support staffs and ask them to prepare food like how you want. Support staffs are always friendly and they listen to you all the time.

Manager Manikandan is dedicated to what he is doing with great passion for customer service. He always proactive when comes serving guests. This is a rare quality you find. He himself deserved a 5 star rating. So, once you check-in here I am sure you will not look for any other...

Its a nice place to stay, situated near the town in the residential area and very safe. Location is good and the home stay appartment is clean/ spacious and the atmosphere is super.

Manager Mr Manikandan is very energetic, knowledgeable, having complete control of what is happening and very helpfull.

Supervisor Raja was very active, humble and takes care of the guest requirements in a polite behaviour.

They prepared fresh and tasty home food all the time. Infact they even customise the menu as per our requirement and the food was awesome. Many thanks to the shef.

Over all we enjoyed our 8 night stay and highly recommend this place.
