OYO Anandha Residency — Hotel in Kodaikanal

The worst experience with OYO.fault information provided.in OYO site, distance was mentioned like 1.5 KMS from lake.but here it is 3.5 KMS from lake that to, hotel is on top of the mountain.taxis are collecting 300 to 500 for each pick and drop.that is biggest loss for us.when come to hotel accommodation, we are not having hot water even.we raised a complaint to OYO two times and no response.we raised 100 times to manager and no response.he was saying from 11 AM to 9 PM as, electrician is coming.but no use.worst and worst of the customer satisfaction.we decided to raise the complaint to consumer court as we have already complaint ids and wrong site information in net.we have payed half of the money and remaining we...

I would like to rate it as zero. Pathetic road towards the hotel. My car got damaged. Every time people car got stuck over there. Pathetic hotel. Pathetic bathroom with muddy water. No curtains. No shine board. The board outside was Angel Niwas . Wow ..This is like heights .broken toilet seat, stinking rooms and over the top the first hotel without electricity . TV does not work as there is no electricity.the sockets does not work. No cleanliness at all. So you cannot even charge tour phone. Oyo kindly don't tie with such hotel . Your image...

Can get good food you order sometime early to the Captain (Receptionist). 3.5 Kms away from city point and since we were on bike trip 3.5 Kms dint matter because this Room was the cheapest price available on OYO for Rs.421.
