Terrible Experience! Do Not Stay Here!

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was an absolute nightmare. I suspect that the positive reviews might be fake because this place is not suitable for anyone. The staff treated us as if we were criminals.

To start, the room was filthy, and the bathroom water supply was broken. The person at the front desk was extremely rude and seemed unwilling to do his job. For instance, our checkout time was 12 PM, but starting at 11 AM, the staff began reminding us to check out, saying, "YOU WILL CHECK OUT TODAY." At exactly 12 PM, as we were about to leave the room, he called the landline and told us rudely it was time to check out.

After checkout, I waited in the reception area for my cab, but the staff member kept looking at me suspiciously every 30 seconds, as if I were a criminal. He even paced around us suspiciously. We were simply foreign guests, not criminals. This kind of behavior from hotel staff is unacceptable.

I recently stayed at this, and my experience was average. The location is convenient, situated close to major attractions and public transportation, which made exploring the area easy. The lobby was clean and welcoming, and check-in was straightforward. However, the staff seemed indifferent and lacked enthusiasm, which left me feeling like just another guest.

The room was decent but nothing to write home about. While the bed was comfortable and the linens were clean, the furniture appeared dated, and some fixtures could use maintenance. The bathroom was functional, but the water pressure in the shower was inconsistent, which was slightly frustrating. Noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway also disturbed my sleep on a couple of nights.

The bad: Room size is half of what you see in pics. And I am not exaggerating. Bathroom barely one person can move. Even wiping your body is a problem with so little space. If you open windows in evening swarm of mosquitoes come in. Fan runs at just one speed - high. However the biggest letdown is the room size. You feel cheated. Bed mattress ok ok

The good Staff is very nice and friendly. The location is great especially if you have medical treatments for your family to do nearby. Good sweet shops snack shops across the street. Staff are prompt, they even added a sports channel for me which was unexpected from such a small hotel. The 4.6 rating is exaggerated rating and many wud give 5/5 because of nice staff.
