Ita horrible experience in this branch. No one knows about CKYC !!! Primarily they told " this is not done by bank" need to done by yourself, I asked them to guide me so I can fill. I had shown them the official site itself telling need to update by financial institutions. They had updated my EKYC which was already updated. They got one form after discussing with other branches, have filled that and told to wait 5-7 working days. I followed up in weekly basis but no fruitful results at all. After 13 days they told letter was returned back for clarification. Need to wait another 4-5 days. Hence I contacted Zerodha to update my CKYC. They updated this in 3 days.
Ohh one more information,. In between I got two call from this branch for personal loan...🫡
