OYO 62852 Olympic Club House — Hotel in Madurai

I ma giving 1 star because there is no provision of giving 0 ,I along with my family which consist of 3 ladies,2 infants and 2 old age persons were standing there for 2 hrs in mid night earlier the hotel was locked and the person was not responding at 1 Am morning he came outside there father he offered us a non AC room with double bed for 3 persons NAD one infant, despite calling Oyo rooms for 6 time and having talk with Mr Rahul Rsahtogi and 4 others didn't received any help.Such a poor service from Oyo was never expected.Its a humble request to blacklist this Oyo to save the reputation of you firm and have some sense of responsibility towards your...

It's a worst experience I have ever had. I booked dinner but it took too late to reach to the hotel, and we didn't get dinner by that time and it was showing 1200 pending on my name. When we reached hotel at 11:30 PM, hite manager didn't allow us to enter inside the room. All we sat in the reception till I paid the 1200, which was pending. Also the amenities what is showing in the application is not actual. They have mentioned hotel have elevator facilities but in real it was not there.
