I had a very disappointing experience at this vegetarian restaurant in Madurai. On the first day, we had lunch here and the service was already poor. The very next day, we visited again but ended up leaving the restaurant without even having food because of the waiter’s rude and unacceptable behavior.

The staff was not only inattentive but also spoke in a very disrespectful manner when we asked for basic things. Instead of making guests feel comfortable, the attitude of the waiter completely ruined the dining experience.

A restaurant should provide both good food and courteous service, but unfortunately, this place failed in terms of hospitality. Madurai is known for its warm and friendly culture, and this restaurant was a complete letdown in that regard.

I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to treat customers with respect. Until then, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining...

The tea is rich and creamy, perfect for a refreshing break. The masala dosai was flavorful, with a deliciously spiced filling that left a lasting impression. The veg fried rice, especially when paired with tomato sauce, was a pleasant surprise — simple yet full of taste.

Despite being highly crowded most of the time, the staff are well-trained and manage the crowd efficiently. The prices are very reasonable, making it a great spot for daily meals or quick bites. A must-visit for anyone looking for quality vegetarian food...

I went to take parcel for dosa.i took the bill and showed the bill to service parcel counter.no one responded.behind me there is a woman with the bill immediately he is collecting the bill from her and started smiling and processing her order.i am the guy waiting with the bill in front of him.not even seeing my face.worst behaviour and attitude.they didn't know how to treat.thinking that i standing for free food.they are treating men differently rather than a woman.i scolded him. He is not at all giving any response. Next time i am planning to show chudithar with bill.then only he will look and collect the bill.shame on hotel.management please take...
