Capital O Silver Miles Resort — Hotel in Maharashtra

Very poor hotel , don't wast ur money, they don't allow non veg foods and outside foods also. This is a pure veg hotel and hotel service is very bad, no dustbin in rooms, they takes lots of time at the time of check-in. They takes 500 Rs as deposit at the time of check in even after paying 100% payment in advanced...washroom is not clean. Unhygienic place.. only single charging socket in room. Tv is very small screen and not all channels are subscribed ... don't wast your time by selecting hotel....

I think they don’t have funds to manage the Property. There is power cut issue . Untidy room. Smelly bathroom Jet spray is not working. Intercom not working. Food is worst. Over oily Hot water issue, there heater is always on repair. Cigarette smell in the room and they don’t have room freshener . It’s not a resort. Air conditioner is not working. The uncle who collect cash and seat on reception is very rude .

We have Booked 2 rooms for 1 1 2022 with package of 6029 incuding food.No drinking water was provided.we paid rs 50 extra for water. Same food of Lunch was provided for dinner.Small TV was there.No Marathi channels was there.No hot water during the day except morning Overall experience...
