Terrible experience.. We were 17 people group including 5 child and 1 infant.. While returning from wada we visited this place... Manners less people. This guys doesn't know they are into hospitality industry.. We have asked for 3 tables together.. Manager said not possible... Then also we managed own our own... Then waiting for almost 25 min one waiter came and told us that 3 tables we choosed (all were in same line) we have to give order to two separate waiter... Because here one waiter handles only 6 tables.. So we said fine will order our food to two different waiter (1st waiter 2 tables, 2nd waiter 1 table )... We only requested to take order together as other waiter was busy and it was almost half hr gone and our kids were hungry so we told waiter 1 to take order for 2 tables and requested to call 2nd waiter for table 3...he arrogantly replied (thoda aur wait karo wo) wait little more he will come own his own.. So again we met.manager and complainted this behaviour... He said yaha khana hai toh aisa hi hoga .. Means for them no customer value... I will suggest never go to this place where start to end...

Today nearly around 5.20pm me n wife check in for some snacks...so we ordered 1 mosumbi juice without sugar n onion rava dosa. As I tasted mosumbi juice it was really acrimony in taste so I requested waiter to change it n he agreed but after 5minutes his manager came n told it can't be replaced so I just got up n told to cancel my order.. And started arguing that they vl not cancel order or replace it...after lot of argument I ask for bill to make payment so the manager gave the bill which I didn't have any mosumbi juice n other then that they placed bill with onion rava dosa which was cancelled before as of not replacing juice n after this argument 2 to 3 manager argued with me n force me to pay bill which I didn't had anything nor juice nor dosa which I paid rupees 185. Had never ever expected this from hospitality services You can check bill no.158 Thier GST no. is 27afnpm1783n1zp So I request all of my friends and people to avoid this hotel and will request to higher authority of hospitality management to take some action regarding this incident. Love the food here. I travel from Bombay to Gujarat at least 4-5 times a year. I usually leave around 10:30 from Bombay and this becomes my spot for a quick brunch or lunch (depending on Dahisar traffic). On the way back, this place serves as a 4 o'clock snack place. I simply love the food here. I have been doing this since a decade now. The waiters and the manager changed a few times but they all seem really nice people. They usually recognise my family and me. Most of the time we get special treatment. During lunch and dinner times, this place gets pretty full, but thankfully I have mostly come during non-peak hours. I know this, because I have passed this restaurant a couple of times during peak hours, but was in a hurry to stop. The number of parked cars will tell you right away if you will get a place to sit or not.
