Extremely Disappointing Stay at Casa Majestic (checkin 8th May, checkout 11th May):
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Casa Majestic. Despite clearly communicating my requirement for a spacious and comfortable room when booking through your sales coordinator, the experience was far from what was promised.
On the first day, we had booked for the room with Jacuzzi (room 403), had no complaints but it was not available for second and third day so room 404 was booked for the remaining days and I was assured that both rooms were spacious and similar in size except Jacuzzi will not be there. But it soon became evident that the coordinator was more focused on selling rooms rather than understanding guest preferences. The room 404 that we were given for remaining days was subpar in every aspect:
Cleanliness: The room had cockroaches running around. I even shared photos with your sales coordinator. Facilities: The shower was non-functional, and we had to use a bucket to bathe. The bathroom door knob was faulty, making it difficult to open after use. Housekeeping Service: We requested room cleaning in the morning before leaving for sightseeing. Even after 4 hours, by 2 PM, the room was still not cleaned. We had to wait outside in the sun unnecessarily, and no one even informed us once it was finally done. Room Allocation: Despite requesting a spacious room with a good view, we were placed in a dry and dirty area with a poor view and the room was small even for 3 adults. Service: When we requested to vacate a day earlier due to these issues, we were firmly denied without any flexibility.
This experience not only ruined our vacation but also felt like a case of being misled in favor of business promotion rather than guest satisfaction. We had even canceled another booking a month prior based on the coordinator’s recommendation — a decision we now regret.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and being responsive to all our needs throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The hygiene standards across the property were top-notch, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The resort’s location is simply amazing — nestled amidst lush greenery, it offered a serene and peaceful escape from the hustle of daily life. One of the highlights of the resort was the beautifully landscaped garden and the well-equipped game room, which offered plenty of entertainment for both kids and adults. The outdoor pool was another favorite — clean, inviting, and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect place to unwind. However, there were a couple of drawbacks that slightly impacted our overall experience. During the night, there were frequent power cuts — the lights would go off every five minutes, which became a bit annoying, especially when trying to relax or sleep. Additionally, while our villa came with an indoor swimming pool, it was unfortunately too cold and overly chlorinated, making it uncomfortable and unsuitable for swimming. This was disappointing, considering the potential of such a facility. Despite these minor issues, our stay was largely positive, and we thoroughly enjoyed the calm atmosphere, great service, and the natural beauty of the surroundings. With a few improvements, particularly in managing the power supply and the indoor pool conditions, this resort could easily be a five-star destination.
