My mistake that I didn't took the reviews seriously.. disastrous would be a small term to use here .. the food is although better than the bald manager and his son who sits at bill counter.. this place is worst than pan bidi shop.. they don't have card machine and to pay online you have to go to the counter cuz eventually they don't trust ANYONE.. NOT EVEN THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES.. We also found cockroach in the food.. the food department should do an audit here cuz this place is a health hazard.. strictly prohibited visit at own risk and alone.. never with family.. and they shud learn how to make Pina colada or atleast inform customer about this.. that bald manager is the 2nd WORST PERSON I ever met in hotel industry.. the first was his son 😁😁 (cuz both were equally rude so I am thinking here baap betey).. well damage was 900++.. and it was damage in real meaning.. wish I could have taken the reviews seriously and could have avoid the Pina colada communication.. 😜with illiterate arrogant nincompoop peoples.. this is original 'duplicate' - cheap copy of original VK.. acha 'nahi' hai.. saccha toh 'bilkul bhi nahi' hai.. 😁😆.. manage...

DO NOT VISIT! COVID precautions were not taken. Rooms were not sanitized. Rooms were in a very bad condition. Wifi is not available even tho network problem is there. Too many insects are there inside the room. Pool was green in colour and very unhygienic. Roads are in very poor condition also risky to drive on such roads. It was not less than a haunted place. Food was also not good in taste. Electricity issue also accurs at midnight. Play area ia also far from rooms. Lighting is not there everywhere. Dogs were playing around born fire which might cause a burn to me. Rooms also did not have proper lighting. Toilets were broken. Hi tea was chargeable. Too expensive not worth for cost. 50 rs a small cup of tea and 60 for coffee. Cups present in room were broken. Hygiene was not maintained anywhere. HIGH ALERT!...

PLEASE AVOID !!! Absolute shambolic food and experience. One member of the staff who claims to be the owner, shooed us away when we requested for a table. On finding a table by ourselves, no staff showed up for more than 15 minutes to take the order. I had to request more than 5 times for someone to come take the order. Once the order was placed, the staff served the incomplete order and on asking about the same, behaved rudely with ladies who were with us. Now the most important bit, when the food was served, there were flies and mosquitoes on the food. We ignored the same, putting aside the part of the food that was contaminated and ate the other portions. The staff were very very rude. THEY EVEN TOLD US TO GET OUT WHEN MENTIONED ABOUT INSECTS IN THE FOOD. Please avoid this place as there are other decent food...
