(+) very good, polite, informative, courteous at reception especially Sachin. The room boys, I could not get their name, were very good. I thank them for their prompt and effecient service with genuine hospitality. I would recommend this hotel for a stay. ||(-) was CHEATED by the owner Mr. Anil. ||I was assured over telephone,by Mr. Anil, even before by arrival date that because of my situation I would be allowed a early check in, without any additional cost. And so carefree I travelled to stay in this property. || Infact upon arrival I was intimated by Dutta about extra charges, to which I told him that Mr. Anil had given his word and requested Dutta(who was at reception) to check with him. But Dutta never got back to me, I reminded the reception staff again the very next day,still never got any reply, but only a day before check out when I went to reception the, then, receptionist Dutta told pay 1/2 day charges. ||Being a hotelier myself I know the system, and to avoid any issues I always clear my outstanding a night before check out, so unseen disputes can be resolved ||This owner Mr. Anil, even before arrival I had telephoned him and explained my situation, and upon his instruction I booked accordingly,as per his instruction. But when the time came to settle the bills I reminded him what assurence he had given to me over the phone ,to which he simply said "I misunderstood you, now nothing doing you have to pay 1/2 day charges extra" ||I knew instantly Mr. Anil will not care.I even told him its not the matter of paying money, but it's standing for your given word and assurance.||Guy's I would recommend this hotel for family or singles to stay. ||||However any given assurances over the phone, have it recorded or request the assurer to commit via SMS in writing. THATWAY you could support your claim. ||||All the hotels "working staff" attitude and their efforts towards genuine hospitality...

Hotel Owner\s Behaviour to customer.
We 13 people stayed on Saturday and Sunday 23rd and 24th April. Booked 4 Rooms. We went to Shani Signapur, in Sunday Morning, Front Desk Managers agreed to keep 2 rooms till return, they were good to accomodate even if it is late.
There was a Road repair near Rahuri and traffic for 10 KM, 1 Hr delayed in the trip both ways due to this. While at temple we called Front desk and asked them to leave the room, since we expected the delay.
We returned at 4.30, Hotel owner was there, he was not ready to stand and listen to us. He just ordered his staff to collect extra Rs.1500 and moved away. Absolutely a Rude behavior.
Please rethink before booking this hotel.
Overcharged
Before the trip we called and spoke to hotel number on Saturday morning, where owner himself quoted 5900 for 4 rooms. After arriving we were charged 7000 citing reasons of number of people.
In call for booking we clearly mentioned number of people, but upon arrival, Front desk manager negotiated with us citing availability and number of people. We have to agree to overcharged since we are delayed to pooja.
What a poor experience.
Rooms were good and spacious, have to appreciate the positive side. Front Desk managers were courteous in nigh support. Rethink...
