Eko Stay (Gold) - Sucasa Villa — Hotel in Maharashtra

Checked in with 12 people and 3 children for a villa claiming to accommodate 20 adults and rooms were not ready even after 2 clock

Food was not that great of a quality as the chole was uncooked and led stomach ache to few of us.

Water leakage in the bedroom on the top floor is a complete joke since it has been there for a year and ekostay doesn’t really care.

Power(Electricity) of the villa is controlled by MSEB as per Ekostay. If MSEB lost power, then there’s a generator that would provide power to few lights and 2 out of 1 fan. You should really forget the villa has 6 ACs when it comes to power outage. Absolute volcano experience in the summers.

Pool is not suitable for even 12 people whereas they claim for 20 and the previous guests left the pool in such a condition that it took more than 3/4 hours for ekostay to call it a clean pool. But the pool didn’t looked clean even after that.

Inspite of escalating all these issues, Ekostay would wait for a miracle to happen on its own that would resolve all the customer issues. They would let the customers suffer for a while, show that they are trying the best of their efforts and again leave them in their own demises to suffer.

I am not aware of the other properties of Ekostay but this one is a 100% NO GO for me at least. I would never recommend anyone and myself to go and visit this property of Ekostay.

I know that there aren’t any photos and videos in proof of the above. But if you want to face disappointment and dissatisfaction at the same time, you are on your own and can go and visit this and experience all by your self.

Villa Condition - Worst that we have ever been to Services - pathetic and given as a favour rather than an obligation. Villa Manager / Booking handler - Unprofessional and Rude with no customer services etiquettes.

Would never recommend this place and ask to avoid EkoStays as a whole. All they care about is arm twisting the customer with families and kids and then stating if you do not like a leaking bunglow (which risks your kids) with electricity not working in half rooms - you can leave and clear the dues immediately or else we would stop all services.

The food they served initially, the less spoken the better. After literally having to waste half our day telling them all that is wrong with the bunglow and then they giving us a paltry compensation in the name of then not serving lunch till 4.30pm.

All their mistakes were fine and if we ask for any support then it is what it is.

The way we were told to either pay-up or leave or we will cut the electricity and not give you food (even though they knew that we had 4 small kids with us) was bottom-line extortion.

Again plz do not take their word for it as they also lie to your face and are not willing to come to the villa to discuss or support you with anything.

The food was never on time no matter how many times you requested for it and also they had their own limitations on it to say "bas...

Su casa villa by Eko Stays is located at Tungarli Road Villa number 13, Sunrise Society, Opp Lagoona Resort in Lonavala. Faced difficulties in finding this place even with google map, had to rely on people around for directions, close to Lagoona resort. Society has around 10 to 12 villas most of them are leased for parties.

Private swimming pool avaliable throughout the night, which is a big plus and its very well maintained. 2 storey villa with 4 bedroom, 1 big hall,1 small kitchen and 1 recreation room with Table tennis and carrom board. AC functioning well in all these rooms except main hall room which was a disappointment. Rooms are very clean and tidy and each of them have a small terrace with good views. Top floor terrace is a good place to relax early morning and late evening with mountain view. Bathrooms are  clean with hot/cold water avaliability, only 3 out of the 4 bedroom have bathroom. 2 fridge and 1 audio system with bluetooth connectivity, microwave oven is not avaliable.

Food can be ordered from restaurant, Machli restaurant is famous for Sea food, tried chicken & mutton  which was very good.

Care taker Somnath and Shweta are very polite and helpful. We asked the caretaker to prepare dinner  Mutton sukka and chicken malvani gravy which was yummy.

Checkin at 1 Pm and Checkout at 11 Am

Good place to hangout for friends and family.
