The worst OYO experience you can have. We made a booking inclusive of breakfast. This hotel writes on their board (see in attached pic) that they will provide breakfast at Lemongrass restaurant, but the restaurant is not even operational. Then the hotel person will ask you if you want 1 plate poha or upma. No, you can’t ask for more as they’ll charge you if you want more. Don’t expect any juices or milk, if you don’t drink tea/coffee. If you want to counter them with discussions like the breakfast is supposed to be a buffet or should not be limited to one plate, the manager will tell you “this is how it works here and you may talk to OYO people if you want to escalate”.

Oh and if you expect a clean room after you return after a day outing then you’re wrongly expecting. The plates and bed spreads everything was as like we left it in the morning.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever. Look at the pictures to have the real feel of quality...

Not happy with this hotel I stayed 2 night here in Nov 2022 There is no wifi in rooms. You need to come balcony of room to get wifi range as the placed router opposite to resort They only provide 1 ltr of water free then you need to buy water so no regular water. The garden you see here is none of use. They use the garden for car parking No toothpaste no shampoo only provide soap 5.they took all money before check in so that whatever you complain they simply ignore or take long time I have free breakfast included in the package when i asked at desk they denied saying system is not showing free breakfast, After 15 min of upps and down i saw there system its just simple excel file 😃 then i called the manager then they finally agree Ceiling fan controllers switch is not working one work for one speed Even towel they provide is not upto te mark

This is a fine hotel. You can have a garden view. Complimentary Breakfast you can get as a buffet also they can bring it to your room.

I really liked the service of bringing breakfast to your room. Most hotels don't allow this if they serve buffet.

The room service phone is always busy. But that's ok, they gave me a personal phone number of a staff member who was really helpful.

The towels they serve are black in colour 😐, now that's something new. All other hotels I have visited in my entire life I got white towels, whit bedsheet and white blanket. That's a norm.

But in Alibaug all hotels serve you with black towel I stayed in 3 hotels and they served black towels.

Black dirty towels.

Except for towels this hotel is a good place to stay If you ever come to Alibagh. Very good service and food.

They even gave me tooth brush and paste. So...
