How to frustrate customer 101:
Staff of this hotel have done not just 101 but masters and PhD in this course.
I have booked 3 rooms. But plans got changed and there were extra guests. I informed in advance to hotel on the day of check in that we will be late to reach hotel around 11 in the night
They said they provide complimentary pick up from railway station. I replied we are group of 12 with old people and toddlers. I told them that I know I booked less rooms but we will adjust to which they didn't object in the call.
On reaching station, we were made to wait for 1 hr for pick up till 12:15 in the night.
Upon reaching hotel, we were denied rooms for extra people. They asked us to book extra rooms.
Not even showing consideration for elders and toddlers, even for courtesy they didn't ask us to occupy booked rooms first as it is late night
We requested that we will adjust but straight denial without even suggesting alternatives.
When requested for extra bed, we were denied the option. Upon requesting further they were ok to provide extra beds in 3 rooms and also asked us to book one more room to which we paid heftily (more than online prize). We had no other option late in that night and they took advantage of it
This happened for an hour, after checking into room got call from reception to come and meet for booking issue.
Again after 15 min, got another call saying there is billing issue. This was going on till 2 AM.
We planned early travel next day for sight seeing but all of us are half asleep
They literally gave us the horrible experience of our vacation.
Next day they again made us shift to another room without any reason to which no help was provided
One of our members got stuck in lift for 20 min, when called for help no one responded. He tried emergency button of the lift several times and the pathetic response from reception is that they thought it was false alarm.
What more should I say, never ever book this hotel if you want mental peace in...
