Kailash Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Today WAS ONE OF THE WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE I HAD. So i have decided to take so much efforts and write this review Following isy experience:

1. first of all the place wasn't clean, It felt unhygienic.
2. the waiters are very unprofessional, Our waiter, he wasn't even able understand what we were trying to order
3. at the time of taking order When i asked him what is available with gravy (tandoor roti, wheat roti, naan) he told me that only tandoor roti is available, at the same time when my brother asked they told him that even wheat roti is available. so they themselves don't know whatis available at their restaurant.
4. after order of main course was given, when setting our table firstly arrived plates , then after 5 minutes came onions again after waiting for 10 minutes came our main course, after few minutes came our roti. So we had to wait for around 25 minutes after order to get food on our table.
5. my worst experience was when i asked them for roti , i told 2 different waiters 3 times that serve 1 roti they didn't deliver even after half an hour, so i finally decided to get over with my dinner after without roti!
6. then we ordered ice cream at last. After few minutes onlyice cream came no spoons were delivered with it the again we waited!

Kailash is a very nice hotel with good ambience and I have visited it before, even written a review so this is the second one. Not much has changed since the last time but I feel as if I should write a review again. The restaurant is at the side of the main highway leading to railway station, so it's close to the station itself and it's a plus point. It is perhaps the most popular veg restaurant for a few miles around it, the food quality and taste being contributing factors. Honking and humming of cars will be all around you if you sit outside, owing to where it's situated. The AC section although pricey is more comfortable and luxurious, giving you priority service but I don't think the extended rates are justified. The waiters are responsive and there is no lack of staff or signs of laziness. The average wait for normal orders is up to ten minutes, twenty if it's bulk. Don't order online because the rates fly up even more and it's not worth it because you can get the same taste in similar prices from different restaurants. As I said in my previous review, it is a very good restaurant for the area. The menu is varied and you can get almost everything, Chinese Bhel being a must try, a personal recommendation ;) I would recommend the restaurant strongly, especially for veg lovers and...

My friend from Cochin asked me for a good South Indian restaurant for breakfast. Going with the ratings I took him to Kailash and with the crowd in the restaurant he too got a little impressed. But when the food arrived all our impressions were shattered. After a considerable waiting period we got our Onion Uttappam & Tomoto Omlette served. And the first look itself was a sheer disappointment. After asking the captain about its burnt look we get a reply "It has been roasted more to add crispiness" and on the contarary the Uttapam was warm much below the room temperature. Another justification, "The chef is new". So very common and lame.

I respect food, so I did not return the order back as I had eaten a few bites and I never allow myself to waste food. But this disappointment has made one thing sure that I would never recommend anyone to this place. I also agree that it won’t affect the business to a very large extent. But the place has surely lost at least one unsatisfied...
