Hotel J P International — Hotel in Maharashtra

I stayed here in June'22 and at that time I was satisfied with rooms, service, breakfast, etc keeping that on mind I again booked room in Nov'22 on my official visit & I was totally shocked this time. There was only 2 staff in the hotel consisting 20-25 rooms approx. Previously they were offering buffet breakfast with lots of options & that too in their roof top restaurant but this time they just provided fixed breakfast in room with only 1-2 items like poha, upma which was very spicy & everytime I need to ask for cleaning my room & picking up my used plates. Room was not getting cleaned, when I asked they said that customer needs to tell us only then we clean the room & when I asked thek to clean in evening they gave me excuse that rooms can be cleaned only in morning session & they rudely denied to clean my room. Due to low staff there was hardly any person in reception to answer the call when I used to call them. The owner is very rude & wants only money nothing else, he is into hospitality industry but I guess he do not know even 1% about the hospitality when I asked him to give some privilege to regular customer he in turn hike the room tariff & told me that this tariff is valid only till 12pm after 12pm it will again increase as if like it is stock market. Side view of room is full of slum area. After no one responding to my call in reception I complaint it to the owner & in turn the Manager came to my room & started misbehaving with me & arguing with me telling me not to call the owner & he also started asking my questions like from where I have booked the room so I just asked him from wherever I have booked the room but I have the right to get service & answer, he then started his rude behaviour throughout my stay & I was feeling uncomfortable & as I was stranger in that city so was also little bit scared due to their behaviour. Everyday I have to ask for toiletries, complimentary watter bottle, towels, bedsheets changing & much else. As I was on official tour so I need relaxation in my room after a tiring day but this hotel was a complete headache. Even the lights of lobbies were kept off which I need to switch on by my own. One of their staff was even complaining about his owners nature due to which no staff are working more than 2-3 months. Please I request you not to visit this hotel even if they give you room free of cost. Satisfaction level is Zero. I would give ratings in minus if google have that facility. This is the second review. Back to today 15-03-2025. I tried to book the same place due to its proximity to the work place plus it was an urgent trip. If my previous rating was 1. The Google didn't even allow for negative rating. I would give -10 stars and the worst ever hotel experience I ever had. REASON - THE RECEPTION PERSON (Likely to be the owner) I booked on the go while travelling on phone. He said that pay 500 Rs and we will reserve it. I also mentioned that my last stay was bad so ensure to give a good room. He replied that we have one room, you see and if you don't like it we will return. Here I was on tn highway driving. I said it's about one night we will see and let me come to hotel and see the room.

Back to hotel when we reached after one hour after this phone call discussion. We went to room and it was horrendous. Absolutely in bad shape, smelling pathetically, broken tiles near the commode, broken shower and extremely dirty foot towel. It was extremely bad. We went to the reception (at 7PM) and said that the room is bad and we can't stay. Now here comes this big guy who talked extremely rudely and said that now I won't give you the refund. He said I asked to send the picture if you said then which is one hour back I would have refunded you the money. Here my wife said that how in one hour you are saying like this. Then he started shouting at my wife. I stormed out of the hotel because it's waste fighting with such a guy. He might go down to such level for 500 Rs being an owner and that's his level. Atleast I can't tolerate it or many of you may not even. Better he keep the 500 Rs, enjoy and get richer by it. But never coming back to the hotel. Whether you want to come to hotel and stay here is your choice.

The first review is mentioned below The staff was pathetic, the morning breakfast was fine but the service was horrendous. I gave the key in the morning to clean the room and in the night the room was as it is. I told them again and they said that since we are not having staff at night so you manage one night. Basically in a stay of 2 night where I reached in night the first day the room was not cleaned and still they have the audacity to say it.

The room was Grand room but only size was grand. The bed was too soft to be comfortable, very basic washroom amenities. Too much designer lights but still the room is dark and less lit.

Hotel is nice and good option to stay. Rooms and bathroom are good and clean. Hospitality is amazing. Reception people are friendly. There is nice Roof Top Hotel Hill View with lovely sitting arrangement for family, couple for candle light dinner. But you can even order food in room. Reasonable rates in Menu. WiFi speed is low but good to use YouTube browsing in cellphone. TV with all the channels working except HD channel. Beds are comfortable and spacious for 2 people with proper soft pillow and bedsheet. Lots of lights in Room for every corner with proper switch. Room has spacious cupboard with nice Croma Mini Fridge in the lower section. Room has 1 good Dressing Table with Large Mirror and Light for ladies to makeup and 2 dinning table. Bed Table on both the side of Bed. No Balcony but Large Window. Bathroom is also big with proper hot/cold water and exhaust fan.

Foods is tasty and good which is handle by Hill View Restaurant.

Restaurant staff is also helpful and polite but little lack of understanding I have found. For every order they reconfirm 2-3 times even if you order simple bread butter and tea. Advice don't take Toasted bread coz it was too hard to eat and waste when it gets cold. For Chinese dishes make sure you explain it properly while ordering or else you will get something else as I had order Chicken Triple Schezwan Rice but they have given me Chicken pulav with Chicken masala Grazy in small chutni katori but billed me for Chicken Fried Rice.

So restaurant staff have a problem in understanding the order and dishes. But foods are good and tasty with good quantity.

Tea is superb but let them know if need less or without sugar.

Overall, I had a good experience staying at JP International.

I would recommend you to choose it if are visiting Aurangabad.

Coz all the exploring places like Panchakki, Bibi ka Maqbara, Soneri Mahal, Makai Gate, Daulatabad Fort, Aurangabad Caves are nearby and hardly 15-20 min by drive. Elora Caves 1 hr drive and Ajanta 2-2.5 hrs Drive.

They also provide touring package and site seeing which you can confirm from Reception.
