Worst ever, Fake information on OYO Rooms are not air conditioning, maintenance issue as per Operator No any hygiene maintained in the room Windows not closing Dirty smell from the room as well as from the washroom Incooperative staff Washroom and main Doors latches broken Dirty bed sheets, pillows, towels No any amenities No payment through app, receptionist asking to pay on his own no.

They are fraud , despite of confirmed booking from Oyo and when reached with luggage's at hotel person name Sadhik at reception straight forward told no room available

When I told booking is confirmed he told he does not matter and cannot give room My name was already showing in app and when asked to check he misbehave

He mean never book through oyo but pay more personally

These type of hotel misbehaviour create mental harshment
