I visited this restaurant on 13th May 2023, and my experience was somewhat mixed. The restaurant is located at a very convenient and easily accessible spot, which initially gives a good impression. The ambience of the place is quite nice — well-decorated and comfortable for dining with family or friends. However, once the service began, the experience started to feel less satisfactory.

Even though there were many staff members available, the coordination among the team was not good. The service felt unorganized and slow, as if there was a lack of communication between the waiters and the kitchen staff. For a restaurant with such a nice setup, I expected much better service quality and management.

Coming to the food, the prices were quite high compared to the quality served. For example, they charged ₹360 for a single Paneer Tikka Masala and ₹25 for one roti, which I found to be excessive. Unfortunately, the taste and overall quality of the food did not justify these high prices. The paneer dish lacked the richness and flavor you would expect at that price point.

Overall, while the restaurant scores well for its ambience and location, the food quality and service need significant improvement to match the rates they charge. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and works on offering better value for money...

Gazebo is on the main Nashik phata road. It's non AC and have ok ambiance. It is little old and needs renovation. Staff was good and curious. We wanted to have Sizzlers in child demand and wanted Veg thus went to Gazebo. Thay have many varieties of food namely, Chinese, Italian, Indian, Lucknowi, sizzlers, snacks like PawBhaji, breakfast items, South Indian, deserts etc. The main strength I felt was Indian food with mix of starters options like spring roll, Tikkas, soups etc. For the food, the quantity was good. Taste was ok but the mix was little absurd, like for the Chinese sizzler it was having lots of rice almost 1/2 of the total serving while other half includes noodles, 3 pcs Manchurian balls and 3 small pcs paneer. They should include more of Manchurian and paneers portion in the serving. Spring roll was crispy and good in taste same with manchow soups. Overall good vegitarian option . Should improve the ambiance as for the cost restaurant with better ambiance is also available in nearby vicinity. It's not very economical and not very expensive as well. Thay have parking space but limited, it can accomodate 20-25 2 wheeler and 6-7...

I have visited now both Gazebo branches (wakad & Pimpale Saudagar). I am giving this rating and comparison based on experience at both branches. Food taste is awesome at both branches. So 2 star are purely for that.

Problems faced in Pimpale Saudagar branch: Car parking is an issue. To order food was big hassle. We visited on weekend and good number of crowed was there but still only 2 managers were there to take orders. We had to wait almost 20min just to place an order. Food was served almost after 40min. Spoons were not there on table and to bring that also waiter took 10min again. After we shouted on him he said we have less staff and he cant help it. So finally we just had starters and we went for dinner somewhere else.
