Hotel Om Sai International — Hotel in Maharashtra

Photos shown on google are earlier one. Current hotel Photos attached for ref. Visited last week only and book this hotel via FabHotels and worst experience. Currently rooms and floors not maintained. Lots of guest moving here and there for their AC complains and no solutions by hotel staff. Room AC Set to 18 Degree and feel like 26/27 after 5-6 hours cooling. Staff behavior rude and full of attitude. Room Service are worst. No Proper curtains - its completely transparent. Asked multiple times for same then hotel staff drop curtains at doorstep. No DTH - even not connected power connected. I have attached restaurant picture also where there were lots of spider nests. We booked 2 rooms for 2 days.It was bad experience for us to stay in this hotel.It is definitely not worth for saying 3 star hotel. No maintenance and no room service. Hot water is available from 3 AM to 6.30 AM. Who will wake up early in the morning just for hot water.They did not provide hot water even we ask for fresh up after a long journey in the night(winter) TV cable activation is not done for a room. sink is not working in bathroom.
