Hotel Raj Heights — Hotel in Maharashtra

Check-in /checkout :smooth and quick. Room space: just enough for 2 ppl ,balcony is just useless as it's small portion kept as balcony. Cleanliness: very bad.. the room /balcony / outside room space had a layer of dust and hotel staff doesn't take any trouble to keep it clean. Our room was wiped once but otherwise even if u request they don't clean. I would rate negative for cleanliness. Food : breakfast options limited and ok to manage. I had dinner here which was also good at taste, although good is expensive. Staff: the day we stayed here, it was hotel owner birthday and I must say there was lot of noise and inconvenience for guests due to owner sitting in reception n guests visiting. Surprisingly owner was least bothered bout guests and their group didn't allow even my senit citizen parents to sit and occupied whole reception area. Pathetic! Ambience: hotel is at noisy circle and whole day u will hear lot of noise and face pollution.

Conaidering above points and inconvenient behaviour of owner and his guests I will never ever stay in this hotel. There are many better options. Stay here only if u ha e no...

We stayed here at the hote raj heights near Shivaji chowk For 2 days No pros only cons Just 2 very bad quality soaps in the name of toiletries of coin size No complimentary water bottle not even 1 bottle they charged for each and every bottle We stayed back for 40 min more then there to have our dinner since the restaurant is bar we had a girl with us not comfortable having there. Booked three rooms for family, the hotel is centrally located.It is very very unclean the hotel staff is unprofessional, incompetent rude and absolutely useless,they offer you free breakfast which was about ok,they offer you hot water 24/7 which is a farce the best you get is Luke warm water for two hours in the morning,stained bedsheets,unclean pillows,dirty toilet bathroom,stink in the rooms,broken toilet windows, torn toilets ,cockroaches and other insects are a norm in this hotel.The kitchen serves good food though and the restaurant staff was very accommodating and polite although the restaurant was unclean too.Overall I wouldn't recommend this place even if it was the last place to stay.check photos for proof.On top of it if you ask them for replacement of things like towels or bedsheets they ask you to book a different hotel.
