I booked this hotel through Booking.com with the “Pay at the property” option. However, upon arrival with my family late at night (including kids), the hotel staff rudely denied our reservation, claiming they are not affiliated with Booking.com. Despite showing the confirmation, the person at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and dismissive, refusing to honor the booking.
To make matters worse, he tried to overcharge us well above the listed price, and when questioned, he became even more aggressive and unhelpful. He showed no concern for the fact that we had children with us and were stranded late at night.
This experience was stressful and unacceptable. I strongly urge other travelers to avoid this property due to its dishonest practices, lack of accountability, and appalling customer service
Update : Thank you for your response, but I would like to respectfully clarify several important points: I had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com for June 8th to June 10th, and I have both the confirmation number and screenshots to verify this. The claim that the booking was for the next day is simply incorrect. I was traveling a long distance with my family, including children, and anticipated arriving late. I made repeated attempts to contact the hotel in advance, but the phone number listed on Booking.com was not working. Later, you sent an email with a new number, but that number was also unreachable, leaving me unable to inform you about our delayed arrival despite trying multiple times. When I arrived around 2 AM, your staff refused to honor the confirmed booking, was unhelpful, and behaved in a very rude and dismissive manner. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was offered accommodation at a much higher rate, which was both frustrating and unfair. I am not expecting any compensation — but I would sincerely advise you to be more professional and understanding, especially when a guest arrives with their family late at night, trusting that their online booking will be respected. A bit of humanity and empathy goes a long way, especially when children are involved.

Had booked Hotel Sai Shubham considering that its a relatively new property and not too close to the main area (away from the crowded area). But this hotel didn't meet our expectations. Its an average stay and you would get many options in the price that you pay for this one. The best part was that the room was spacious and bathroom was clean. We didn't face any major issue but there were some things that put us off like bed covers which were torn and dirty, doormat was dirty, TV doesnt work (error message 'no signal'), every trip from the temple to the hotel costs Rs. 50, even though we booked AC room, we had to call reception and ask them to switch on the central switch for AC. If you are driving from Mumbai, Nasik then the hotel is beyond Shirdi temple. We couldnt spot any good eating places around the hotel and the hotel restaurant seemed empty. Ordered tea, coffee but didnt like it and hence didnt order anything else. Service is prompt, parking is there. We were told hot water is available from 3am to 11am but we did get hot water in the tap in the evening too. Overall average place.
