Good breakfast place near Sai ashram Bhaktiniwas, I would suggest you to not compare it with your local restaurants where you come from as we know the taste resturant provide will be a bit different. But if you compare it with any other restaurants in shirdi you can be assured this restaurant taste will be in top 5 atleast. I have tried many restaurants near temple and they are pathetic in taste. After interacting with locals and auto drivers they informed hotel near temple never pay attention towards hygiene or food taste or quality. They suggested Sai Maya it is a bit far from temple but serves good food and It was true I also found this restaurant it also had good food and near temple. Food quality and quantity are great when compared to resturant near temple I would strongly suggest not to eat food in the restaurant near temple either take an auto to you can ask auto drivers which is best restaurant where locals eat even they will say Sai Maya, but it is a bit far or you can take Sai Ashram free bus and drop off at Sai Ashram Bhaktiniwas ( it is called Sai Ashram) 2nd stop from temple. And order food at Swami Narayan Hotel you would thank me if you are a visiting for a day or 2 in shirdi. We ordered Panner tikka masala it was really good it is recommended. Veg kolhapuri it was okay in taste as it had less salt but when added some salt it tasted good. Aloo jeera it was also good. Butter roti were also soft. Jeera rice quantity was enough for 3 people if you are not sure you can ask waiter how many jeera rice will be sufficient for your grp. Dal tadka was also good.
Service was very quick. I saw the reviews and was not sure to visit the place but I had visited this place last year and their breakfast was really good compared to other restaurants so thought to try and get the experience first-hand and It was worth it.
Note: If you take parcel they charge 5rs extra per dish it is their way to recover packing charge. But even after that it is far more affordable for the quality of food...
Read moreAll staffs are complete racist here. They look down on especially you're a South Indian and they don't even care to take the order and always gives priority to those who speaks Marathi or Hindi. This is not the first time, I gave this hotel a fair chance. I've been visiting Shirdi for seven years now and this hotel located in main area just opposite to the outgate of Sai Ashram. It's not easy to find a one good restaurant here because there's a lot and I mostly left good about the small hotel compared to these So Called big restaurants. If you're reading this avoid this restaurant if you don't want to...
